Cornish Greens Returns Policy

At Cornish Greens, we’re committed to delivering the freshest microgreens possible. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.
🥬 Perishable Products – No Returns
Because our microgreens are harvested fresh to order and have a limited shelf life, we do not accept returns on any fresh produce.
📦 Damaged or Unsatisfactory Deliveries
If your order arrives:
Damaged in transit
Spoiled or unusable
Not as described
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
We may ask for photos to help assess the issue.
✅ In most cases, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
📝 Cancellations
You may cancel your order:
Up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or dispatch date
After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed, as we may have already begun harvesting your order.
To cancel, email hello@cornishgreens.com as soon as possible.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
