Cornish Greens is a UK-based provider of fresh microgreens. Our products are grown to order and delivered locally and nationwide.

2. Product Disclaimer
All microgreens are intended for consumption by healthy individuals. If you have allergies, health conditions, or are pregnant, please consult your GP or a healthcare professional before consuming.

While we take great care in the growing, harvesting, and packing process, Cornish Greens cannot guarantee our products are completely allergen-free.

We do not accept liability for any adverse reactions or health issues caused by consuming our microgreens or other products.

3. Use at Your Own Risk
By purchasing from Cornish Greens, you acknowledge and accept that:

You are consuming fresh, raw produce at your own risk.

Microgreens must be stored appropriately (refrigerated) and consumed within the recommended time.

We are not responsible for improper storage or use after delivery.

4. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Cornish Greens shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage arising from the use or consumption of our products.

We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business disruption.

5. Order Fulfilment & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled based on availability and crop readiness.

While we strive to meet requested delivery dates, delays may occur due to crop cycles, weather, or courier issues.

We will contact you after checkout to arrange delivery. If we are unable to deliver, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, returns are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can investigate and offer a suitable solution.

7. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, and photography are the property of Cornish Greens and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
